This September, the SFN Expo 2019 and the sensational giant halls of the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) in the heart of Glasgow will be packed with athletes and their supporters for the most exciting weekend on the Scottish fitness calendar.
The teams from CrossFit Glasgow and Clydebuilt Fitness build on their decade-long experience bringing something truly unique to the floor. Previously lauded for their professionally orchestrated competition experience for the athletes, the quality of the equipment and the unique and challenging workouts; the team are widening access to the whole affiliate community. Online qualifiers over a broad range of platforms allows people from every demographic in your gym to get involved.
The Glasgow Classic is a unique multi-division competition purposefully designed to maximise the participation and fun of competition within and between individual affiliate communities. The competition spans an online qualifying phase and a subsequent live event for the finalists.

The Team Classic is available to boxes both national and international. Teams are drawn from the results of a large scale in-house ‘Open’ competitions held by the affiliates themselves using resources provided to them by us in order to run an exciting, professional and lucrative event for their own communities.
The teams are comprised of the top 3 Rx males and top 3 Rx females and represent the very best of the athletes in that affiliate gym.
The teams will compete over 2 days.
The Individual Classic has an online qualifying phase that employs the same 4 workouts as the Open competition from the Team Classic. It is open to individuals from any affiliate gym and is an Rx competition spanning 2 days.
The Masters Classic has an online qualifying phase with a separate set of 3 qualifying workouts to the Team and Individual classics. They will be specifically programmed as paired workouts and will be the same as the Pairs but for masters athletes only. The Masters Classic Final will be carried out over 2 days.
The Pairs Classic has an online qualifying phase with a separate set of 3 qualifying workouts to the Team and Individual classics. They will be specifically programmed as paired workouts and will be for a lower skill level than the individuals. The Pairs Classic Final will be carried out over 2 days.
